• Insurance Claim Data: On behalf of insurance companies, we may receive      sensitive information regarding insured individuals (such as names,      addresses, and claim details) strictly for the purpose of inspecting      property damage. 

• Service Delivery: Data is used exclusively to respond to inquiries or perform contracted engineering inspections and reporting.
• No Marketing or Solicitation: We do not use any collected data for marketing, newsletters, or promotional purposes. We do not engage in unsolicited calls or texts.
• Restricted Use: Sensitive insured information is used solely for the specific claim investigation for which it was provided and is not processed for any other purpose. 

In compliance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. Our services are directed toward adults and professional entities.

To protect sensitive insured person information and general customer data, we implement the following technical and organizational safeguards:

• Data Retention & Disposal: Sensitive information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the service or comply with legal obligations. Once no longer needed, data is securely disposed of using "wipe" utility programs or professional shredding.
